Design predictive models based on Big Data
Challenge: Design predictive models based on Big Data of historical, master, referential and transactional data that are generated with the information flow of mission processes.
Solution: A data lake was designed that allows managing information, implementing data analysis, to efficiently obtain answers to several questions that allow improving decision-making and knowing the behavior of your business model in different situations.
Results: The application of predictive models designed with machine learning allowed the company to obtain data about the operation of the business. For example, based on the stored data, it was possible to predict the fulfillment of activities and goals of the operators, to know the fluctuation of crude oil prices according to exploratory processes or which contracts could present delays due to different external factors
